Full Job Description
We are looking for the sales manager for our Setting up new Super Stockist and Distributors.
The role would require the candidate to perform the following tasks:
Setting up new Super Stockist and Distributors.
Traveling to different locations to develop the sales of the company and developing action plans to penetrate into new markets.
Implementing Stockists/Distributors Sales Policy & strategies and making them viable.
Market mapping and Identification of potential Stockist/distributor in the assigned territory.
Visiting stockists/distributors on a daily/weekly basis. Weekly/Monthly Sales planning and forecasting.
Ensuring the achievement of sales targets for assigned territory.
Managing relationship with stockist/distributor and production team to ensure smooth supply of products.
Helping build and implement SOPs. Manage workflow and day to day operations.
Working on the ground to enable network with new product launches.
Monitoring the performance of the stockists/distributors to improve the sales.
Knowledge of city topography and road network is a must.
Experience in food and beverages sales is a must.
